These terms apply when you buy from googlishopbd.com, operated by Googli Shop BD, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it with you. If we cannot reach you on the number given, we may cancel the order.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka.
We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed with you.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is our main payment method — you pay the delivery person when the parcel arrives. Where bKash or Nagad are offered, payment instructions are shown at checkout.
Stock
If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will call you and offer an alternative size or colour, or cancel that item.
Product images and descriptions
We try to show our products accurately. Colours can look different between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between individual garments.
Exchanges
Our exchange terms are set out on the Return & Exchange page and form part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Please give us a complete delivery address and a phone number you answer. Failed deliveries caused by a wrong address or an unreachable phone number are not our responsibility.
