7-Day Exchange
If the size is not right, you have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange.
What we need
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- The original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be in a condition we can sell again — no stains, no odours, no alterations.
How to request an exchange
- Call or WhatsApp +880 1717-304761 within 7 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number, which item, and the size you want instead.
- We will confirm the new size is in stock and arrange the swap with you.
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged
That is our mistake, not yours. Contact us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will put it right.
Still to be confirmed: who pays the courier charge on an exchange, and whether refunds are offered as well as exchanges. Please decide these before launch and we will publish them here.
